We always stop here on our way they Quesnel. Their sandwiches are awesome and they make the best peanut butter cookies I've ever had!

Wonderful local bakery, great bread and treats. Makes cakes to order. Also small eat-in area to enjoy coffee and donuts or homemade soup.

Their light rye bread is the best! slap some butter on light rye toast - great for grilled cheese sandwhiches!

41 years ago this August 2017 Horst and Christa Teetzan headed to this quaint town with an idea. Today it has grown to a well established family café on one of the main streets in town. Horst would tell you that he is proud to be a local bowling champion and that his son Gerd carries on the family business with passion. We stopped in and delighted in some of the local gossip, picked up an incredible loaf of Farmers Rye Bread, and admired a lot of the in house made delicacies. I'm told that the apple fritters are the most popular. You can also preorder buns and cakes. Stop in for some yummy local treats with their friendly staff.
