    Horrendous customer service from management downwards. Nothing is in stock & good luck if you order anything. That's a couple months wait. Prices are high for mediocre quality. Don't bother phoning there either. They put you on hold & wait for you to hang up.

    Horrible customer service from the manager to the staff. I asked for some help finding a receipt for some tools I bought about 6 months ago, had the date and time that I bought it and the manager told me that I didn't buy the product in his store and was trying to pull a fast one on him. Basically trying to say i was stealing. These guys are useless....

    The people are generally friendly, and they usually have what I'm looking for. But if you special order something from them, expect to wait an unreasonably long time to receive it.
