  Gone downhill ever since it became a best western. Menu has sucked for a while. I used to be a regular customer until they took most the things I liked off the menu. Now the pub side is closed and the restaurant is only open for breakfast and lunch. The kitchen closes at 2 pm. Like to know where they send the guests from the hotel part because service is really lacking in the food section.

  Good hotel for the price, rooms are a bit dated but are very clean and everything is functional. I would say this is the nicest hotel in town and the best place to stay in Quesnel.

  Overall, a very good value for the money. Loved the location right downtown close to some places to eat and the movie theatre. Good place to start window shopping downtown. A small town but a lot of quaint western Canadian appeal the the hotel is well positioned to take it all in.

  Room was nice and clean. Check in experience was great. Julie was very helpful during my stay. Snacks were available for purchase at the front desk. This hotel does not have a continental breakfast but we had breakfast at the restaurant downstairs for a reasonable price. Great value at this hotel. Location is very convenient in downtown next to Safeway.

  Staff are lovely. Very friendly.. beds are just right, not to hard or soft, with choices of soft or hard pillows.

  Nice clean hotel. I use the pet friendly room and have never had a bad experience.
