  The staff is incredible and have a great sense of humour. Scheduling is very open and the Dr is always willing to provide drop in emergency eye care. He goes the extra mile to make sure that you are taken care of.

  I run a training company in Alberta and BC with a focus on customer service, so I tend to be fairly picky about customer service and not easily impressed. Iris in quesnel impressed me. Here is why. I walked in without an appointment and they were able to give me two good options, it felt like everyone there was working to help me out in a friendly relaxed manner. I liked the way the team communicated with each other throughout my visit and especially appreciated how they communicated with me. Dr. Ross was excellent. Straightforward, honest and genuinely positive, he has a real passion about what he does. Whatever he puts in his coffee in the morning I want some. The entire staff was eficent, friendly, explained things well, and made me feel at ease and well taken care of throughout the whole experience. It far exceeded any expectations I had going in. Kudos to everyone on that team, I highly recommend this business.

  Just had my first visit to see Doctor Ross, whom I highly recommend! We just moved to Quesnel and thought I'd give them a try after having a great optometrist in Vancouver. Well the staff were professional and supportive and above all Dr Ross is one of the great ones in my opinion. He was very thorough and spent good time with me to verify other potential issues. Great experience.
