  Been here on and off a couple months and I absolutely love the atmosphere the staff establishes to create. The rooms a beautiful and clean. Very fair rates. Staff is always kind, honest, diplomatic, and extremely respectable at all times but at the same time they are friendly honest and truly amazing people to have the pleasure encountering. Leslie the manager always goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed & at home. She's become like a mom away from home to me truly an amazing woman truly an amazing establishment to have the pleasure of staying at .

  Lied about the 24 hr desk service. The desk lady needs to take a chill pill or get some rest, people need info at every time of the day. It’s called 24 hr desk service for a reason, don’t like it quit. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. They treat you like the red headed stepchild. Not happy with the service!!!!

  My husband needed a place to live for a month and I called Laurel at the Willow Inn to book a monthly room rental. She said that I had to put down a 300 dollar deposit to hold the room (I booked it a month in advance) and room my credit card information over the phone. She did not send me and invoice or reciept as requested. My husband decided to get a more permanent living situation so I called her 2 weeks in advance to cancel the room and requested my deposit back as we were no longer needing the room. The 300 dollars was to go towards to the rental of the room. She kept giving me the run around saying she "has to talk to her manager" "but shouldn't see a problem with getting my money back" and that she would call us back with an answer. She did this for 4 weeks. We called her every week and she said the same thing and never called us back. My husband finally even went there and she still said the same thing. The "manager" was out of town conveniently every time we called.

  Very accommodating staff clean reasonably priced rooms New ownership have done a good job attracting better long term guests
